Resolution of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, Case No. 23 Cdo 4967/2007 of 23 September 2009

If the parties conclude a work agreement in which they agree that any potential disputes arising from the agreement shall be resolved by a particular body (Professional Tribunal of the Czech Chamber of Architects) before the parties file their claims with a court, then failure to adhere to this agreement does not affect the jurisdiction of courts to hear and resolve the case (Section 7 of the CCP [CZE]).
