Resolution of the SC No 29 Odo 430/2005 of 26 July 2005

Although the decision on whether the arbitrators are disqualified from hearing the case (Section 12(2) of the Act) ends the court proceedings, this is only a procedural decision. This decision cannot be applied to any questions raised in the arbitration proceedings on the merits.
